All the superior features of PFA are now possible in tube with wall thickness below 50 um. SMT shrinks by approximately 10% in circum ference whn heated to between 180 and 200C. NST is tubular film that does not shrink.
PB type with controlled electrical resistance is also available.

Heating rollers in OA equipment such as photocopiers and printers, pressure rollers and electrified rollers.

  • By etching the inner surface of the NST and integrally molding it with rubber rollers, dramatic improvement is made possible in the quality of rubber pressure rollers used in OA equipment.
  • SMT has been developed by using original GUNZE technology, and can be fused to metal rollers. It is used to make highly durable heating rollers.
